Abstract：Understanding thevalueof arablelandresourcesandconducting financialmanagementarecrucial forachieving rationalalocationofarablelandresources.Forthispurpose，taking threericecultivatedlandsinacertainregionasan example，thevalueofcultivatedlandresourcesisevaluated.Theincomerestorationmethodisusedtoevaluatetherice productionvalueofcultivatedland，andtheequivalentfactormethodisimprovedtoevaluatetheecologicalvalueof cultivatedlandresources.Designa financial managementsystem basedontheplanting，processing，andsalesprocesesof rice production.Theresultsshowed thatthericeproductionvalue of cultivated land1 showedafluctuating upward trend overtime，butwaslowerthanthatofcultivatedland2，andthevalueofcultivatedland3fluctuatedgreatly;The ecologicalvalueofcultivatedland1andcultivatedland3showsafluctuatingupwardtrendovertime，whilethe ecological value of cultivated land 2 shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing over time.
