Abstract：Binxiang-3isaconventionaljaponicafragrantricevarietydevelopedbytheHebeiInstituteofCoastalAgricultureof Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences through double cross selection between the F1 generation of the hybrid of Kenyu-90 andKendao-2015andKenyu-118.ItwasapprovedbytheCrop VarietyApprovalCommiteeofHebei Provincein2023.This variety issalt-tolerant，ofghualityeassistant，tlodging，ableiieldndaidangeofdapability.Itiabefor cultivatinassingle-croppingriceinthesoutheastof HebeiProvince，suchas Tangshan，Baodingand Qinhuangdao.The key cultivatintecqusofiang-3weresummaedfroaspectssuchassdrament，sowingtransplantingfertilatiowate layer management， and prevention and control of diseases， pests and weeds.
