基于主成分及聚类分析的辽宁省水稻品种品质性状综合评价

Abstract Inordertostudythecomprehensivequaitydiferenceof39ricevarietiesinLiaoning Province,variationanalysis, corelationanalysis,principalcomponentanalysisandclusteranalysiswrecariedouton12qualityindexessuchasbrownrice rate.Theresultsshowedthatthereweredifferencesinqualitytraitsamongdiferentricevarieties,amongwhichthechalkiness was the most significant, the coefficient of variation was over 60% ,and the difference in processing quality was small. There were complexcorelationsamong the12qualityindexesTheresultsof principal componentanalysisshowedthatthecumulative contribution rate of the first six principal components reached 84.770% ,which could generalize most of the information of rice qualitytraitsandcouldbeused toevaluatethequalityofdiferentricevarieties.Thecomprehensiveevaluationresultsof subordinatefunctionshowedthatthecomprehensivescoresofYangeng-682,Liaogeng-8O2Yanhexiang-113,Yangeng-144and Beigeng-2O4werehigherTheresultsofclusteranalysisshowedthat39ricevarietiescouldbedividedinto4groups,andthe5 varieties with high comprehensive scores were distributed in the first group,and their ricequality was the best.
