Construction Technology for Civil Works of Concentrator in the Northwest Plateau Region

AbstractTheNorthwest plateauregion facessevere challenges incivil worksdue to extremeclimate,complexgeological conditions,andhighlycorosivesalinealkalisoilenvironment,suchascoldtemperatureandoxygendeficiencyfrostdamageand insuficientfoundationbearingcapacityTakinganickel-cobaltconcentratorinQinghaiasanexample,thispapersystematically introducestheeyechologiesofcivilonstructioninplateauenvioments,includingfoudationtreatment,onstructiooficlied shaft in ore belt conveying,deep foundation pit support for primary crushing plant,optimization of anti corrosion concrete proportion, andmakesspecialanalysisonthetemperaturecontrolandcrack preventionofargevolumeconcreteand winterconcreteconsruction technology. Practice has shown that the temperature of casting concrete can be no less than 10‰ and the solid strength compliance rateis 100% byusing replacementand dynamiccompaction technology to improve the bearing capacityof the foundation,and combining blasting method withadvanced pipeshedsupporttocompletecomplexrock inclined shaft construction,establishinga layeredsupportsystemfordepfoundationpits,addingantifreeeadditivesandhigh-eficiencywatereducingagent,andusingshed heat insulation (shed temperature of ⩾5°C )and dynamic temperature control measures.Large volume concrete can achieve a positioning error of ⩽3 mm for embedded parts by using distributed temperature measurement and continuous 36 hour layered pouring process.
