AbstractInresponse totheshortcomingsoflowautomationlevelandhighenergyconsumptionoffixedanodefurmaces,the thermal ffciencyinsidethefurnacecanbesystematicallimprovedandtheheatlossofsmeltingcanbereducedbyoptiizingthe structureofthefixedanodefuacebody(including masonymaterialsatfurnacebotom,heightoffuraceopeningandslagtapholes, heightof reflectingarch,positionandangleofbumer,etc.)andproductionprocesscontrol(includingliquidlevelmanagement, charging mode,andoxidationmethod).Acomparativeexperimentwascarredoutfora3Otfixedanodefunaceinacertainplant, based on which it leads to a 15.0% reduction in heavy oil unit consumption and a 20.0% reduction in liquid oxygen unit consumption, verifying the effctivenessof this multidimensional optimization strategy.
