AbstractArenovation planonunmanned travellingcrane system was proposedand implemented toaddress the problemsof equipmentaging,lowoperationalficiencyandsafetyhazardsintheilingsdisposalplantofZijinoer'sconcentratorFul Π-Π (204号 automaticunloadingandloadingcontroloftailingswasachievedthrough hardwareupgading,softwarefunctionintegrationand workflowoptimzation.Afterbeingputintooperation,thesystemdatashowstatthedailyloadingcapacityhasincreasedto.6ktand the return rate has decreased from 6.88% to 1.22% , significantly improving operational efficiency and safety.
