【Abstract】Leveraging the complementarycharacteristics of Lithium-Ion Batery (LIB)and Sodium-Ion Batery(SIB)in termsof energydensityand low-temperature performance,this studyproposesalithium/sodium hybrid baterysystemdesign methodology.Theresearch involves determining theseries-paralel configurationof individual LIB/SIBcells through energy ratiocalculationsanddsigningtreearrangementshemes:theinterlacedstripmethd,thewrapngmethod,ndested method.Atwo-dimensional thermal simulationmodel isconstructed tovalidate thecooperative mechanism wheresodium-ion batteries initiate heating for lithium-ion batteriesat -20 . The results demonstrate that a hybrid configuration of 70% LIBs and 30% SIBsachieves theoptimal balance among energy density,cost,and low-temperature performance.The nested arrangement enhances thermal management eficiency,improving temperature distribution uniformity by 40% under normal conditions and reducing cold-start time by 62% compared to the interlaced strip method at low temperatures.
