锂离子电池包热管理仿真建模与试验验证

【Abstract】To enhance the safetyand effciencyof the power batteries fornewenergy vehicles,this study adopts a multi-scalecoupled approach encompassing“cell-module-pack”levels toestablish ahigh-fidelitythermal management simulation model for lithium-ion bateries.Through charge/discharge experiments conducted within the 15~45∘C temperature rangeand across various StateOf Charge (SOC),cellcharacteristic parametersareacquired,enablingtheconstructionand validationofsecond-orderRCquivalentcircuitmodel.Concuently,athr-dimensionalthermalmodelof thebatterypack is developedusing theNXand STAR-CCM+ softwareplatforms.This model is subsequentlycalibratedandvalidated with experimentaldataobtainedfromthermal-humiditytesting undercontroledhighandlowtemperatures.Theresultsrevealthat the simulation errors for battery pack temperature and cooling line pressure are both under 3% .This confirms that the model canaccuratelymap thethermal behaviorfromthemicro-scalepropertiesof thecelstothemacro-scaledynamicsof the battery pack.
