【Abstract]To address theisses of capacity degradation due tohigh currnt impact,low energyutilizationrateand high costassociatedwithtraditionalcapacityconfigurationmethodsinlithium-ionbaterysystemsforheavy-dutyelectricforklifts, this studyproposes acapacityconfiguration methodforsupercapacitor/lithium-ionbattery hybrid power source systembased on multi-objectiveoptimization.Vehicledynamics,electrical characteristicsof the powersystemand powerdistributionare simulatedbyconstructingabackwardsimulationmodelformulti-tonnageforklifts.CoupledwithaMulti-ObjectiveParticle SwarmOptimization(MOPSO)algorithm,thebaterycapacityconfiguration isoptimized tominimize initialcostand batery degradationrate.Thesimulationresultsshow thatthiscapacityconfiguration methodcanadaptivelymatch the sizeof the hybridpowersystem,significantlyreducing theinitialcostof thehybrid powersystem for intermediate tonnage forklifts. Comparedto traditionalpowersystems,theoptimized hybrid powersystemreduces thecurrntpeak byapproximately45%and decreases the lithium-ion battery capacity degradation rate by 16%~26%
