Abstract: In order to establish a new method that can rapidly and accurately detect different harmful elements in food,with edible fungi and spices as the research objects,inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS)-close interpolation method and standard curve method are used respectively to compare and determine the content of seven elements such as Pb ,Cd, Cr , Hg ,As,Mn and Cu in samples. The results show that the detection limit of ICP-MS-close interpolation method is between 0. 021 8ng/mL and 0.279ng/mL , and the quantification limit is between 0.0728ng/mL and 0.930ng/mL , The average spiked recovery rates of the samples are 83.7%~99.7% ,and the relative standard deviations are between 0.2% and 1.8% .Compared with standard curve method in the national standard (national standard method),there is no significant difference between the two methods ( P>0.05; .Conclusion:ICP-MS-close interpolation method has a good linear relationship and reduces detection time,and does not need to draw standard solution working curve and measure blank solution,so it has a good promotion and application prospect.
