Abstract: In order to explore the utilization of Porphyra yezoensis for the production of blending powder,based on the concept of“homology of medicine and food”,a new type of Porphyra yezoensis blending powder product is developed with Porphyra yezoensis powder as the main material, snow pear powder, rock sugar powder, jujube powder and plum powder as the auxiliary materials. The results show that the optimal formula for Porphyra yezoensis blending powder is 35% Porphyra yezoensis powder, 31% snow pear powder, 21% rock sugar powder, 10% jujube powder and 3% plum powder. The preparation method includes: after deodorizing treatment,Porphyra yezoensis is baked,smashed,mixed in proportion with the auxiliary materials and sterilized respectively, finally, Porphyra yezoensis blending powder is obtained. The obtained Porphyra yexoensis blending powder is delicious and nutritious,has low fishy smell,is easy to blend and has high application value.
