摘要：在高等教育快速发展的背景下，院级教学质量监控对审核性评估、一流专业建设具有重要意义。文章深入探讨了院级教学质量监控体系、审核性评估与一流专业建设的关系，构建了院级教学质量监控体系，阐述了其推动一流专业建设，促进专业内涵发展以及在审核评估中的重要作用。并在持续改进机制等方面进一步完善了院级教学质量监控体系，更好地促进审核性评估一流专业建设，为培养高质量人才打下了良好的基础

Research on College-level Teaching Quality Monitoring System Basedon Auditing Evaluation and First-class Specialty Construction

Abstract： In the context of the rapid development of higher education，the monitoring of teaching quality at the college level is of great significance for auditing evaluation and first-class professional construction.This article delves into the relationship between the college-level teaching quality monitoring system，auditing evaluation，and first-class professional construction，constructs a college-level teaching quality monitoring system，elaborates on its promotion of first-class professional construction，the development of professional connotation，and its important role in auditing evaluation.The continuous improvement mechanism and other aspects have further improved the teaching quality monitoring system at the college-level，promoted the construction of first-class majors in auditing evaluation，and laid a good foundation for cultivating high-quality talents.

2021年2月，教育部印发了《普通高等学校本科教育教学审核评估实施方案（2021-2025年）》，指出新一轮本科教育教学审核评估方案是在继承上一轮审核评估经验、克服其存在不足的基础上，充分体现新时代的新要求而研制完成的。（剩余4054字）
