《国家档案局科技项目管理办法》解读

Abstract： To adapt to the development demands of scientific and technological work in the newera and thenew changes in archival science and technology work，the National Archives AdministrationhasrevisedtheAdministrativeMeasures for Scientific and Technological Projects of the National Archives Administration and promulgatedand implemented it in April 2025. The measures cover the whole process management of project initiation，implementation and conclusion， add new project principles and organizational methods，clarify project classification and project managementrequirements，aimingtoenhance the management level of archival science and technology projects as well as promote scientific andtechnological innovation andthetransformationandapplicationofachievements.
