Abstract：Archives industrialparks serve asvitalcarriersfortheclusteringofthearchivalindustry and as key levers for promoting its high-qualitydevelopment，making their planning and design an urgent research issue.Using a multicasestudyapproach，this paper selects4 representative archival industrial parks in China and analyzestheirplanning，construction，andoperational practices from five perspectives：strategic positioning，principal partners，industry chain，functional zoning，and operational model. Based on this，a "3D model" for the planning and construction of archives industrial parks was developed， encompassingstrategic，structural，andoperational layers.Thispaperfurtherproposesthreestrategicrecommendations：clarifying directions based on coreadvantages，optimizing industrial structures throughmulti-actorcollaboration，and strengthening the leading role of key enterprises to foster a win-win ecosystem.
