Abstract：The integration of modern information technology has opened up new avenues for breaking down thebarriers of static archival storageand promoting the dynamic developmentof intangiblecultural heritage（lCH）archives.Currently， the dynamic development of ICH archives in Chi nastill faces challenges such as outdated concepts，unclear responsibilities，and insufficient application of technology.This study proposes to use the SFIC collaborative governance model as ananalytical framework，analysing each stage frominitial conditions-catalytic leadership-institutional design-collaborative process，and accordinglyproposingadevelopmentpath for the collaborative governanceof ICHarchivesin China.This approach isofsignificant importanceforenhancingthe collaborative governanceefficiencyof the dynamic development of intangible cultural heritagearchives，unlocking thevalue of theircontent， andsupportingthe livingtransmission ofintangible cultural heritage and cultural preservation.
