Abstract：As one oftheclassiccases ofthe National Memory Project， Singapore Memory Project has launched a new portal website on the occasion of its 12th anniversary，marking a newstage of developmentforthe project.This article compares and analyzes the differentcharacteristics of the Singapore Memory Project in the old portal website stage and the new portal website stage through contentanalysisand comparative analysis.Research has shown that the new stage of memory project places greater emphasis on the collection of multimodal resources，deepens public participation，presentsa more diversified trend in memory themes，deepens institutional coordination and cooperation， and places more emphasis on user experience in portal webpage design.Based on this，thisarticlesummarizes four important inspirations：promoting multi- modal collection of memory resources，focusing on reflecting the real social memory and diverse voices，balancingmainstream and social narratives，and fully leveraging collaborative potential. Theseinspirationsprovidepowerful references for the development of memory project in China.
