Abstract： This paper conducts an investigation into the practices of archival data participat ingin data tradingand circulation，aimingto focus on thekey pointsofarchivalparticipationandfurtherenvision optimization strategies for archival involvement in data trading and circulation. By analyzing the data products and services launched on data trading platforms across provinces and cities，the current state of practice is systematicallyanalyzed and categorized from five dimensions：basic attributesofproducts，technical attributes，participantattributes，contentattributes， and product tradingattributes.Based on the practicalanalysisofvariousaspectsofarchival data's participation in data trading and circulation，the pa per proposes the following optimization prospects：leveragingthe integrated leadership of archival and data undertakings，buildinga cluster of scenarios suitable for realizing the value of data elements，strengtheningthe capacitybuilding of various archival institutions to integrateinto the data elements market，and enhancing the upgradingand transformation ofarchival development and utilization system.
