微创手术治疗良性前列腺增生症对性功能影响的研究进展

ABSTRACT：Benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） is a common disease in elderly male. The lower urinary tract symptoms caused by BPH have some common physiological mechanism with male sexual dysfunction.At present，minimally invasive surgerieshave becomeoneof theeffective ways totreat BPH.Surgeries using electricityandlaser asenergyplatformscan fuly remove the glandandseemtohavelitleeffectsontheerectilefunction，buttheyincreasetheriskofejaculationabnormalities. Other minimall invasive procedures seem to protect rectile function while protecting ejaculation function，buttheyare unable toremove the proliferativeglandas effectivelyasprocedures usingelectricityandlaser.Exploring efective methodsofrelieving urinary tract obstruction and protecting male sexual function is still the direction of clinical efforts.
