ABSTRACT：ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for primary smallround cellmalignant tumorof theseminal vesicle，soas to providereferencefortheearly preventionand treatmentof this disease.MethodsThe clinical features，diagnostic approaches andtreatmentstrategies of this case werereported basedon literaturereview.ResultsA 26- year-old male patientwasadmiteddueto“progresivedysuriacomplicated withpainfulurinationand dificultdefecating for two weeks.”Pelvic MRIrevealedalarge，round，heterogeneoussignal massinthe pelviccavity（rectovesical pouchosteriorsuperior to the prostate）.Nedle biopsy idicatedasmallroundcell malignanttumor.Basedonancillrytests and clinical features，thecase wasdiagnosed as advanced-stage malignancywithnoopportunityforsurgical intervention，andconservative treatment was initiated.The patientultimatelydiedtwo monthsafter pathological diagnosis.Areviewof iteratureonseminal vesicle small roundcell tumorsover the past 2Oyears indicated thatEwing'ssarcomaandrhabdomyosarcoma were the predominantsubtypes.ConclusionPrimarysmall roundcellmalignant tumorof te seminal vesicle is exceptionallyrare，nd clinicallyatypicalwithporoutcomes.Whileiisagnosicallyndtheapeuticallyallngingarlysurgicalinteretionmay significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life.
