ABSTRACT:Removalof endogenic renalsinus tumors which are located attherenal hilum,is recognizedas oneof the most challnging surgeries inurologyduetothecomplexanatomicaltructure.Withthehelpofthehigh-definitionfieldofvisionand flexible roboticarmsof theDa Vincirobot system,our team havecariedout precision intra-sinus tumor enucleation basedon preoperative interactive qualitativeand Interactive Quantitative Quality Assurance for 3D Imaging(IQQA-3D)acurate reconstruction technology,aswellas the clinical anatomical characteristicsof patientswithrenal sinus tumors.During operation,therenalpedicleis fullydisected,theperiilarfatisleared,andthetumorcapsuleisexposed.Subsequently,the bloodsupplytothe kidneyis blocked,and thetumor is precisely excisedalong thetumorcapsule.The vascular stumpsare sutured point-to-point,and the woundis closedand locked.After the blood supplyrestores,regional arterial oclusionis performedif necessrytoensurethesafetyof thesurgeryand maximizethepreservationofrenal function.Thisarticlediscusses thedefinitionof tumor boundaries duringrobot-assisted endogenic sinus tumor enucleation,theuseof intraoperativecooling techniques, and the improvement of surgical safety.
