Abstract:Toadressoedimensionalriveretwokmodels'difultsolutinincomplexareasandisufetcapabilityofapturing shock waves,thispaperdevelopsahydrodynamic modelsuitable forcomplexriver networksinmountainousandplainareas.The modelisbasedonthefinitevolumediscretizationof the Saint-VenantequationsandadoptstheHarten-Lax-van-Leer(HLL) approximateRiemannsolver tosolveumericalfluxesatinterfaces.AdditionallyanextendedRiemannmethodisemployedtosolve thewaterlevelsatbfurcationpointsTemodel'svalidityisconfiedbyadam-breakmodel,demonstratingstrongcapabilisfor handlingcrosscriticalflowchanges.Meanwhile,themodelfeaturesstablecalculationwithacurateresultsevenunderdry-bed situations.Thus,themodelisfurterappliedtotheJiaokou-YinjiangRegionandtheresultsshowthatiefectivelytacklesthedrybedproblems encounteredduringlowinflowsinmountainousareas.Additionallyduringfloods,thismodelexhibitshighsiulation accuracyaccuatelyetingeoodsdessonrocsssellstiingffoodpaks.ompaedie diferencemethod,theodelaturesomparablesiuationauracandomputatioalefienc,withitsomputatioalency improved by 15. 7% .In terms ofearlywarningandforecasting of waterlevels,theproposedmodelhas higheraccuracyandcanprovide significantsupprtforfloodcontroldecision-making.Thebuiltmodelcanprovidenewinsightsforfloodforecastingandsiulationn mountainousareasand other complex terrains.
