Abstract：Reviving theecologicalenvironmentofriversandlakesisoneofthesix pathways tohigh-quality waterconservancy developmentintenewra，andriverhealthassessmentisthepremiseandfoundationforrevivingthecologicalevironmenofrivers andlakes.Currtlytereareertainierenesineeteatioofivealthidcatorsstemsandweights，sellate calculationmethodsofidicatorsEspeciallforiversinthouhwstountaiousas，soeindicatorsdotofotctual conditions.ThispapertakesthemainstreamoftheKeduRiverastheresearchobject，selects17indicatorsfromfouraspects，"basin" "water，""biology"nd"socialservcefunctios，"toconstructahealthindicatorsystemsuitableforriversinsouthwestmotaous areas，andadoptsclasificationevaluationandomprehensiveevaluationtoanalyzethedata.Teresultsshowthattheaireamof the KeduRiveris"healthy."Thescoreof "socialservicefunctions"ishighest，mainlybecausetheevaluationindicatorscanmet relevantservicerequirements.Thescoreof"basin"islowestprimarilyduetothelackofconsiderationforfishpassagefacilitiessuch asfishladders，fshliftsfsholeonndtraspoationfit，ndshlocksattasade，ichsultsioroidinal connectivity of the river.
