Abstract

To further promote the integration of food safety information traceability and improve the overall level of food safety in the Yangtze River Delta region is a vivid practice to give play to the leading role of the Yangtze River Delta region and implement the national strategy of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta region. This paper expounds the great significance of food safety information traceability for the comprehensive protection of food safety under the new situation， the process， stage results and existing problems of the integrated construction of food safety information traceability in the Yangtze River Delta region， and the experience and practice of promoting food safety information traceability in Shanghai. It is proposed that mechanism innovation and technological innovation will become a powerful engine and inexhaustible driving force for deepening the integration of food safety information traceability in the Yangtze River Delta region.
