区块链技术路径下食品安全规制模式的探索

This article aims to explore solutions for the deficiency in food safety regulatory capacity caused by the rapid growth of food production and business operators and the continuous reduction in administrative support staff. Based on the current situation of food safety regulation in Taishan City, this paper analyzed the problems of regulatory information silos, food safety information asymmetry, and imbalance of regulatory costs and benefits that exist in food safety regulation, and combines the distributed, tamper-proof, and traceable features of blockchain technology to design a food safety regulation system model consisting of two parts, internal governmental information and external food safety regulation. The model constructed a polycentric regulatory pattern, which helped to solve the problems of information asymmetry, distortion and non-traceability among the subjects in the food regulatory chain, and promoted the realization of efficient and intelligent regulation through smart contracts, which could provide technical support for promoting the high-quality development of food safety regulation.
