TreatmentofRetreatedRifampicin-resistantTuberculosis with Chronic Renal Failure：a Case Report

Abstract：This case is anethnic minority tuberculosis patient who neglected to follow the doctor's instructions for routine reviews during the later stages of the initial anti-tuberculosis treatment， which resulted in further progression of the disease，rifampicin resistance and combined with chronic renal failure，which in turn required anotheranti-tuberculosisretreatment.The foundationof tuberculosis therapyisearlyappropriate amount，fullproess， regular，andjointtreatment.Ifottimelytreatment，non-standardized，incompletetreatmentisiven，tenteillbe a recurrence，worsening，drugresistance，protracted，more dificult treatment program，and a poor prognosis.Clinics should paygreat atention to this，doagoodjobof patient health management services，and increase patientadherence to the regularity of anti-tuberculosis treatment.
