The Influence of Green Manufacturing Pilot Policy on Enterprise Innovation Performance： Empirical Evidence from A-Share Listed Companiesin Xinjiang，China

Abstract：Promoting green economicandsocialdevelopmentandcarbonemisionreductionaretheimportantcontentof highqualitydevelopment.Thispaperselects thedataoflistedcompanies（A-shares）inXinjiang，China，fromO10to2022asthe researchobject，andbasedonthequasi-natural experimentscarriedoutby green manufacturing pilot enterprises in Xinjiang， China，analyzes theinfluenceand mechanismof green manufacturing onenterprise innovation performancebymulti-period doublediference method.Itis found that greenmanufacturing playsasignificantrole inpromoting theinovationperformance of enterprises.Green manufacturing promotes the innovationperformanceof enterprises throughasetstructureand goverment subsidies.Talentconcentrationandenterprise market forces playapositiveand negativeregulatoryrole inthe influenceof greenmanufacturing onenterprise innovationperformancerespectively.Through heterogeneityanalysis，itisconcluded that green manufacturing playsagreaterroleinimproving theinnovationperformanceofstate-owned enterprises with low equity concentration and high equity balance than private enterprises with high equity concentration andlow equity balance.
