On Generation Logic， Theoretical Connotation， andEvaluation System of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract：Thepaperfirstanalyzes thegenerationlogic，basicconnotation，andcharacteristicsofnewqualityproductiveforces， andbelievesthattheemergencyofnewqualityproductiveforcesisaninevitableproductof theoreticaldevelopmentandpractical needs.New-qualityproductive forces are thosethatareprimarilydrivenbyscientificand technological innovation，suppor ted andled bytalent，relyonnew typesof kinetic energytoshapenewgrowthpathways，enhance endogenousdevelopmentcapabilities，meettherequirementsofhigh-qualitydevelopment，ndachieveleapfrogdevelopment.Secondly，anewqualitypro ductiveforces evaluationsystemwasconstructedfromfoursubsystems，thatis，laborers，laborbjects，labormaterials，ndptimizedcombinationsofvariousfactors.Basedonthepaneldataof31provinces，autonomousregions，andmunicipalitiesdirectly underthecentralgovernmentin Chinafrom2O11to2O23，thecomprehensiveindexof thelevelofnewqualityproductive forces wascalculated，anditsspatialchanges wereanalyed.Finaly，hepathtoacceleratetheformationanddevelopmentofnew qualityproductieforesisroposedfromfiespcts，elyultivatingtalents，cceleratingtholgicaliovtioil inga modern industrialsystem，deepeningreformandexpandingopeninguptotheoutsideworld，andfullleveragingthesuperiority of the socialist system.
