Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the efects phase controlled decompression surgery in patients with severe craniocerebral injuries.MethodsThe clinical data 82 patientswith severe craniocerebral injury admitted to from February 2O20toOctober2023wereanalyzed retrospectively.According to the diffrent treatment methods,82patientswith severecraniocerebral injurywere divided into twogroups. The conventional group underwent traditional decompressve craniectomy, while the experimental group received phasecontroled decompression surgery. The differences in brain metabolism, cerebral blood flow, consciousness state, prognosis, and complications between the two groups were compared and observed. ResultsAfter surgery, thelevelsbrainmetabolic indicators inthe experimental group weresignificantly better thanthoseintheconventionalgroup, andthediferencesintheindicators theexperimentalgroupwerealsohigher than those the conventional group, with statistically significant differences( P<0.05 ).The cerebral blood flow both groups patients improved, buttheimprovement eectintheexperimental group was beter, andthediference inindicatorstheexperimental groupwas higherthanthattheconventional group, withstatisticallysignificant differences( P<0.05 ). Compared with the routine group, the score Glasgow coma scale(GCS) in the experimental group was (10.52±2.29 ),which was significantly higher, and the index difference in the experimental group was higher than that in the routine group( P<0.05, ). The proportion patients with good prognosis in experimental group was 58.54%(P<0.05) ,and the number patients with moderate disability, severe disability, plant survival and death in experimental group were lower than those in conventional group, but the diferencebetween the two groups wassmall, with no statistical significance( P>0.05 ).The total incidence cerebral infarction, delayed hematoma and electrolyte disturbance in the experimental group was 31.71% ,which was significantlylower thanthat in the routine group(56.10%)(P<0.05) . ConclusionsStaged decompressive surgery, used for the treatment severe traumatic brain injury, can efectivelyimprovecerebral oxygen metabolismandcerebral bloodflow, enhance patient consciousness status scores, improve prognosis, and maintain a good level treatment safety.
