乡村振兴背景下农民大学生创新创业中存在的问题和对策

摘要 农民大学生创新创业是推进乡村振兴的重要引擎，能有效丰富乡村经济业态，促进农民增收致富，实现自我价值。针对农民大学生创新创业面临的挑战和能力培养欠缺问题，提出了农民大学生创新创业能力培养的对策以及农民大学生助力乡村振兴的实践路径，旨在为乡村振兴背景下农村本土创新创业人才培养提供有效参考。

The Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Peasant College Students Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Abstract The innovation and entrepreneurship of peasant college students is an important engine for promoting rural revitalization.The innovation and entrepreneurship of peasant college students can effectively enrich rural economic forms，increase farmers’ income，and realize self-value. In view of the challenges faced by peasant college students and the lack of ability training in innovation and entrepreneurship，we put forward the countermeasures to cultivate the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of peasant college students，and the practical paths for peasant college students to help rural revitalization，so as to provide effective references for the cultivation of rural local innovation and entrepreneurship talents under the background of rural revitalization.
