涉农高校思政力量助推乡村治理现代化研究

摘要 乡村治理现代化是乡村全面振兴的重要内涵，当前要找准乡村治理的关键短板，厘清影响乡村治理质效的主客因，发挥涉农高校的思政力量优势，补齐基层治理现代化短板，校地共同探索“党组联建、思政助力、双送下乡、双元共育”的乡村治理现代化之路，助力乡村尽快走出发展瓶颈。

The Ideological and Political Forces of Agriculture-Related Colleges and Universities Have Promoted the Modernization of Rural Governance

Abstract The modernization of rural governance is an important connotation of the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas， at present， it is necessary to identify the key shortcomings of rural governance， clarify the subjective and objective factors affecting the quality and effectiveness of rural governance， give full play to the advantages of the ideological and political strength of agriculture-related colleges and universities， make up for the shortcomings of grass-roots governance modernization， and jointly explore the road of rural governance modernization of “joint construction of party groups， ideological and political assistance， double sending to the countryside， and dual co-education”， to help rural areas get out of the bottleneck of development as soon as possible.
