基于产教融合的园艺专业应用型人才培养模式探索

摘要 以园艺专业人才培养实践为基础，针对当前园艺专业存在的问题与现状，通过产教融合的方式，采取校企合作的手段使学生掌握园艺学基本理论知识，掌握基本实践技能，在产业化现代园艺领域从事技术推广与开发、产业经营与管理、教学与科研等工作，成为具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质复合应用型人才。

Abstract Based on the cultivation practice of talents in horticulture specialty， in view of the existing problems and current situations of horticulture specialty， by means of the integration of industry and education， the university-enterprise cooperation method was used， which made students to master the basic theory knowledge of horticultural science， and get basic practice skills， and engage in the technology popularization and development， industrial operation and management， teaching and scientific research in modern industrialized horticulture， thus become high-quality compound applied talents with innovative spirit and practice ability.

产教融合是指一些高等学校根据其院校设置的专业，大力开办专业相关的产业，让教学与产业相结合，教学支持产业人才培养、产业支持教学改革，在专业领域和技术应用方面互相借鉴，力争将专业学校打造成人才培养、产业进步融为一体的服务型实体，形成学校与企业相互融合的办学模式。（剩余6714字）
