玉米耐低温遗传相关研究进展
摘要 低温胁迫会严重影响玉米的产量和品质,制约玉米产业发展。本文分析了低温对玉米生产的影响,总结了玉米耐低温遗传、耐低温相关基因QTL定位、玉米耐低温多组学技术方面的研究进展,以期为玉米耐低温种质资源筛选创制及品种选育提供参考。

Abstract Low temperature stress seriously affects the yield and quality of maize and restrict the development of maize industry. This paper analyzed the effect and harm of low temperature on maize production, summarized the inheritance of low temperature tolerance in maize, QTL mapping of low temperature tolerance related genes, and the research progress of multiomics technology of low temperature tolerance in maize, which aimed to provide reference for screening and breeding of low temperature tolerance germplasm resources in maize.
