木本食用油料树种资源特征及其育种利用的研究进展

摘 要:该文介绍了油橄榄、油棕、椰子、油茶、山核桃等主要木本食用油料树种的分布特点、发展状况、加工利用现状等,分析了这些木本食用油料树种果实与种子的营养品质、脂肪酸与油脂、加工利用、产品开发及应用前景,并总结了品种优良化、栽培标准化与规模化、科学灌溉与施肥以及信息辅助管理模型系统等的栽培管理技术。

Abstract: In this paper, the distribution, development and utilization of woody edible oil trees including Oleaceae euporaea, Elaeis guineensis, Cocos nucifara, Camellia oleifera and Carya illinoensis were introduced. The characteristics of nutrition, quality, differences of fruits quality of fruits and seeds, such as fatty acids and lipid were summarized. The nutritional values and quality characteristics, processing and utilization, application prospects were reviewed. The development trend of cultivars, standardization and scale of cultivation, scientific irrigation and fertilization, and information-assisted management model system were laid out.
