黎川县烤烟种植布局现状及对策

摘 要：在全国烟叶种植计划调减的背景下，近年来黎川县致力通过优化烟叶种植布局、合理控制种植规模，将烟叶种植计划向基本烟区、基本烟农、基本烟田倾斜，逐步淘汰规模较小和布局较为分散的乡镇、村组，大力发展万担乡、千担村，以提高烟叶生产集中度，进一步稳定烟叶质量好的乡镇和烟农队伍。

Present Situation and Adjustment Countermeasures of Tobacco Plantation Layout in Lichuan County

Abstract： Under the background of the national tobacco planting plans， Lichuan county in recent years committed to through the optimization of tobacco planting layoutand reasonable control the scale of planting， tilt the tobacco plantation plan toward basic tobacco production areas， basic tobacco farmers and basic tobacco fields， phase out smaller scale towns and villages with more dispersed distribution， and vigorously develop Wandan town and Qiandan village， so as to increase the concentration of tobacco production and further stabilize the number of key towns and tobacco farmers with good tobacco quality.

根据烟叶生产和市场需求状况[1-3]，当前全国烟叶库存虽已降至39个月，但依据工业消耗速度至少还需要5年才能降至合理状态，“控产量、降库存”仍然是今后烟叶工作的首要任务。（剩余2786字）
