Design Review and Improvement Measures for Double-girder Bridge Craness

Abstract:To eliminate potential hazardsofcranesat the source,their designmustbe strictlycontrolled.Thisstudytakes the QD150-50t-45.3double-girderbridgecraneastheresearchobject,conductsadesignreviewbasedonnumerical simulationand proposes correspondingimprovement measures.Basedonloadand workingconditionanalysis,teoverallsrengthandlocalstability ofthemain girderarereviewed.Theoverallstrengtheviewreveals thatthetroleyexhibitsextensivestressareas exceedingthe allowableliitudertedelectioeviewcondition. Afertrgeted improvements,themaximumstressonte tollyisducedt 165.2MPa .Through local stabilityreviewand enhancements,the allowable stress for the local stabilityofthe track-side web plate increases from 68.3MPa to 85.9MPa ,meeting safety requirements.
