减量化施肥对谷子生长、养分吸收及产量的影响

Abstract:Thisstudyaimed to determine the optimal fertilizer application rateand method for millet production in the Loess Plateau,optimizethe fertilization strategy,and mitigate agricultural polution caused by excessive fertilizeruse.Inthis study,five treatments were setthrough field experiments:no fertilization(CK),conventional fertilization(F1), 10 % fertilizer reduction (F2), 30 % fertilizer reduction(F3),and 5 0 % fertilizer reduction (F4).The aim was to explore the efects of reduced fertilization on millet growth and development,nutrient absorption,and yield.The results showed that with the basic applicationof sheep manure,the yield of millet decreased by 0 . 5 9 % ~ 5 . 9 % when the fertilizer wasreduced by 1 0 % ~ 5 0 % ;however,the difference was not significant. When the fertilizer reduction rate was 10 % and 30 % ,the stem dry weight,net photosynthetic rate and1000 -grain weight of milet were higher than thoseunder conventional fertilizer treatment.When the fertilizer reduction rate was 30 % (F3),the net photosynthetic rate was the highest,which was 1 9 . 5 % higher than that of conventional fertilizer(F1).n the whole plant of millet increased by 9 . 6 % , 4 . 8 % ,and 1 . 6 % ,respectively,when fertilizerwasreduced by 10 % (F2)compared to conventional fertilization(F1).Additionally,the proportion of N,P,and K in the ear of milet increased.Therefore,according to the comprehensive consideration of millet yield,nutrient absorption and cultivated land environment,the reduction of fertilizer by 10 % to 5 0 % in milet production in this region does not have a significant impact on milet yield.A fertilizer reduction of 10 % to 30 % enhances the photosynthetic rate of millt and improves nutrient absorption in various plant organs.
