Abstract:With maize straw as the research object,nylon net bag method was used to analyze the decompositioncharacteristics and thechanges of totalnitrogen,totalphosphorus and total potassium insoilat diferent times under three different straw returning modes:plowing at depths of surface mulching. The results showed that:(1)The decomposition accumulation of straw increased with time,and the decomposition rate increased rapidly in the early stageand slowlyin the later stage;(2)The decomposition rate of maiz straw was fasterthan that of surface mulch,in which the soil was buried surface mulch;(3)Different maize straw returning modes had a positive effcton the increase of N,Pand K in soil,and thechangesof total nitrogen,total phosphorusand total potassium contents insoilshowed atrendoffirstfastand then slow within a certain returning time. The promotion efect of burying 1 5 c m was better than that of the other two returning modes.In summary,retuming straw to the field helps replenish nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,and other nutrients in the soil,which is important for improving crop yield and quality.
