Abstract： From the perspective of palliativecare，focusing on the entire processsurrounding the death of terminally ill hildren，with an emphasis onthe valueofdeath forchildren.Itexplores thechildren'sunderstanding ofdeath and the process of self-value pursuit，elucidating the construction of the value of death.Furthermore，it interprets the multifaceted implicationsof thevalueofdeath forchildren from threedimensions：terminallillchildren，caregivers，and society.Additionally，itexplores theroleoftheconstructionofthevalueofdeathinachievingagooddeathforterminally ill hildren，optimizing care models，and acelerating the formation of a societal environmentof good death，as so to enhance contemporary society'sunderstanding and appreciation forthe value ofdeath forchildren，bridging the gap in pediatric pallativecareand providinga theoretical basis forimproving the qualityoflife for trminallyillchildren.
