Abstract：The dissemination of red doctor culture and the inheritance of thered doctor spirit is an important cultural mission in the context of the new era.From the perspective of disemination power，this paper defined the important connotation of the dissemination power of red doctor culture in the new era，as well as clarified that disseminating the red doctor culture has value and significance in enhancing the Party’s political construction，promoting China’s advanced culture，and advancing moral education in medical collges and universities.Based on the current research status of the theory and practice of red doctor culture，the opportunities and multiple dilemmas faced in the dissemination process should be viewed dialectically，starting from the dual goals of enhancing the dissemination power and efectiveness of red doctor culture in the new era. Byenhancing the awareness and capabilities of the dissemination subjects to improve the synergy of dissemination；strengthening theutilization and integrationof disseminationmedia to improve the dissemination attractiveness；promoting the enrichment and updating of dissemination contents to enhance the disemination influence；and emphasizing the demandsand feedback of the dissemination audience to increase the dissemination interactivity in four aspects，the bottleneck restricting the dissemination of red doctor culture can be broken and the dissemination power of red doctor culture can be maximized in the new era.
