Abstract：ThecultureofintegriyintheneweraisrootedinthefertilesoilofexcelenttraditionalChineseculture，andhasbeen continuouslyenrichedanddevelopedinthepracticeof tenewrabecominganindispensablecomponentoftedvancedcultureof socialismwith Chinesecharacteristics.Asoneoftheimportant platformsforpromoting advancedCulture，publiclibraries havean abundantcolectionofliteratureresources，whichcontainalargenumberofelementssuchasintegitythinkingandintegritystories， providingasolidfoundationforthedisemnationofintegrityculture.Thisarticlediscusesthebackgroundandsignificanceofthe constructionofaintegritycultureinhenewera.Usingsurveyandstatisticalmethods，itsortsoutthespecificpracticesandcharac teristicsofpromotingintegrityulturereadingi32provincial-levelpubliclibrarisinChina，summarizesthepromotionexpeince， andprovidesmorefeasiblepathsforpubliclibraries tofurtheriovateservice models，expandpromotionchannels，andhelpachieve multi-level and sustainable development of integrity culture construction in the new era.
