新常态背景下欠发达地区文化建设研究

摘要：新常态已经成为中国经济社会发展的一种逻辑，作为意识形态而存在的社会文化也应该与时俱进。就欠发达地区而言，有必要挖掘新常态背景下所隐藏的发展机遇来改变以往的文化发展失衡状态，并从文化层面改善欠发达地区的发展思维，从而缩小与发达地区间的文化差距。

Abstract： The new normal has become a logic of China's economic and social development， and the social culture that exists as an ideology should also keep pace with the times. As far as the underdeveloped regions are concerned， it is necessary to explore the development opportunities hidden in the context of the new normal to change the imbalance of cultural development in the past， and improve the development thinking of the underdeveloped regions from the cultural level， so as to narrow the cultural gap with the developed regions.
