氮氧比对大气压氨气介质阻挡非对称性放电转变影响的数值研究

Abstract:Toidentifytheconditionsgoverningthetransitionfromoneasymmetricmodetoanother,anone-dimensionalfluidmodel basedonthecontiuityequationandenergyquationisstablishd,andthefinitelementmethodismploedtoumericalyinestigate the influence of the N2/02 ratio on the asymmetric transition in an atmospheric helium dielectric barrier discharge are conducted usingaone-dimensionalfluidmodel.Thesimulationresultsshowthat(1)therearetwodiferentasymmetricdischarges.(2)withthe increase of the N2/02 ratio,the discharge can transit from one asymmetric discharge to another and the dominant positive ion transits from O2+ to N2+ .The asymmetric discharge transitionis due to thecompetitionbetween the penning ionizationof oxygen molecules and nitrogen molecules byhelium metastable atoms,which is determinedby the helium metastableatoms density and he N2/O2 ratio.The simulation results provide deeper insights into the roles of O2 impurity and N2 impurity in the asymmetric discharge transition.
