Abstract:ObjectiveTosreentheoptiumfermentationconditionsforproducingbroad-spectrumantibioticsbythestrainChiinopha ga sp.ZLX 3.Methods The method of filter paper was used for drug susceptibility test.The optimal pH value,the optimal yeast extractconcentration,teoptimalpeptoneconcentration,theoptimalculturetie,theotialculturetemperatureandtheptimalspeed ofthefermentationmediumofstrainZLX3producingantibioticswerescreenedbysinglefactormethodThethreemostsignificantinfluencingfactorswereobtainedbySPSSsoftware.InDesign-Expert,Box-Behnken(responsesurfacemethod)wasusedtocayoutthe experimentaldsignofteteesignifcantiueningfactorsndteinteractiondegreeoftethsignificantifluencingfctorson theantimicrobialactivityproduedbystrainZLX3wasobtained.ThefitingmultiplequadraticregresionequationshowedthefunctionalrelatioshipetweenthetreefementationconditionsandtheantibacterialactivityfthemetabliesofstrainZLX3,andte optimalfitingvueoffermentationconditionsascalculated.Finally,thefitingvalueswereverifiedbyexperimentstoconfithe optimalfermentationconditionsfortheproductionofantibioticsbystrainZLX3.ResultsThedrugsensitivitytestshowedthatthediameteroftheibiionzoneofmetabolisofeoptimiedstrainZLX3was1.32timesthatofbeforeoptimization,dicatinganiease intheantibacterialatiyofmetabolitesintheoptiizedstrainZLX3.ConclusionTheoptimalfermentationconditionsforhepro duction of antibiotics by strain ZLX 3 were pH7.2 , 1g⋅L-1 of yeast extract, 30g⋅L-1 of peptone, 25.2‰ , and 4 d. This studylaidafoundationfortelatersdyftehyscochemicalpropeiesntibacterialmchanismndlarge-scaleproductiofthe antibiotic produced by strain ZLX 3.
