Abstract：Thisstudyinvestigatestheimpactoffearefectsanddiscretedelaysonthedynamicalbehaviorofthesystem.Apredator preymoelincorporatingfearefectsisestablished，whichincorporatesbothtefearfectsdelayandthedigestiondelayofteprdator.Firstly，theloalsabilityofteticoquilibderedatorextictoquilibrmisrovdecondlyoet delays，thestabilitoftosiivequlibiasllastheocurnceofHoffurcaionisalyd.ially，umeicalsilatios areperformedtoverifythetheoreticalresults.Thesefindingsindicatethatvariationsinfearintensityandtimedelayscanifluencethe systemstabilityleadingtoemergenceofperiodicsolutions.Aditionall，ighlevelsoffeareffctswillstabilizetessteThe theoreticalresultsoftissdyerotetialimpcatiosfoologicalontrol.Fristadjustigdelaprametesdately enhancing the presenceof predatorsmaycontribute tomaintainingpopulationstabilityandpreventingecologicalimbalance.
