Research on theLockingPerformanceofFoldable TableBoard for AutomobileSeats

【Abstract】When vehicles pass over washboard roads or speed bumps，the table board may open abnormall from the closed state.Thisnotonlydeviates fromusers’expectations forvehiclereliabilitybutalsoimpairs thedriving experience. To enhance its operational reliability，a solution of adding an auxiliary spring in the Z -direction of the lock tongue is developedthroughanalyzingthestructuralstressofthetableboard，measuringthevibrationacelerationofthetableboard， andcalculating themaximum thruston thelock tongueunder diferentroad conditions.Verifiedbybench testsand realvehicle road tests，the table board can achieve 100% locking. This method provides insights for solving similar vibrationrelated issues.
