An AC Charging Time Prediction Model for Pure Electric Vehicles BasedonVoltageTimeSeriesCurves

【Abstract】With the increasing market share of pure electric vehicles and the widespread adoption of home charging piles,theneedforaccurateestimationofACchargingtime,whichisdirectlyperceivedbyusers,isbecoming increasingly prominent.Toaddressthe issues of long development cycles and high resource investment caused by low AC charging powerand lengthycharging times,thispaper establishesanACcharging timeestimation model.Thisis achieved by analyzingthehighandlow-voltageenergyflowof pureelectricvehiclesandemploying theampere-hourintegralmethodto fitthebatterychargingvoltagecurve.Themodelisvalidatedusingdiferentvehiclemodelsandvariouschargingconditions. The results indicate that the maximum deviation between the simulation and measured data is 0.11h ,withamodel acuracyexceeding 96%.This study confirms that the established model efectively meets the requirement foraccurate AC charging timeestimationunder normalandlow-temperatureconditionsandisappicabletonew energyvehiclesequipped with either NCM or LFP batteries.
