Research on Dynamic Analysis ofImpulse Torqueof Vehicle Transmission System

【Abstract】Taking the two-speed transmission mechanism of a dedicated hybrid transmision （DHT） inahybrid vehicleas thesubject，thisstudyanalyzes theimpactofshock torqueonthetransmisionsystem.First，thestudyanalyzes severevehicleoperating conditionsanddevelopscorresponding testplans.Second，itestablishesadynamicmodelof the shock torqueinthe transmisionsystemandverifies themodel’sacuracybycomparing simulationresultswith testdata. Finally，itconductsasensitivityanalysisofthedynamicmodel.Theresearchdemonstratesthatreducingtherotational inertiaofthedrivemotorshaftand increasing thetorsional stiffessofthehalf-shaftsarethemostefectivemeasures for minimizing shock torque in the transmission system.
