Research on Dynamic Analysis ofImpulse Torqueof Vehicle Transmission System

【Abstract】Taking the two-speed transmission mechanism of a dedicated hybrid transmision (DHT) inahybrid vehicleas thesubject,thisstudyanalyzes theimpactofshock torqueonthetransmisionsystem.First,thestudyanalyzes severevehicleoperating conditionsanddevelopscorresponding testplans.Second,itestablishesadynamicmodelof the shock torqueinthe transmisionsystemandverifies themodel’sacuracybycomparing simulationresultswith testdata. Finally,itconductsasensitivityanalysisofthedynamicmodel.Theresearchdemonstratesthatreducingtherotational inertiaofthedrivemotorshaftand increasing thetorsional stiffessofthehalf-shaftsarethemostefectivemeasures for minimizing shock torque in the transmission system.
