【Abstract】With therapid developmentofvehicleelectrificationandintelligence,thevolumeof telematicsdata has increaseddramaticall.However,theinternal applicationof suchdata withinautomotivecompaniesremains fragmented, makingitdificulttofullyleveragedataforinsightsintoproductexperience.Toestablishasystematicdataevaluation framework andenhance data-drivendecision-makingcapabilities,thisstudy proposes avehicleproduct experience evaluationsystem basedon telematics big data.Adoptingthe Objectives,Goals,Strategies,and Measures(OGSM) theory andintegrating productserviceprocess analysis,thesystemcovers3levels:vehicle,system,and functionand3dimensions: quality,performance,andproductcapability.Theresultsindicatethatthisframeworksystematicallydeconstructskey indicatorsofuserbehaviorand productperformance,enabling quantitativeevaluationof theproduct experience.It efectively supportsautomotivecompanies inoptimizing product dsign,improving productquality,and thereby enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty.
