Design and Development of a Digital Road Test System Based on Vehicle Bus Data

【Abstract】A Digital Road test system based on vehicle bus data has been developed to solve the problems of dificultsubjectiveevaluationandlowoperationalsupervisioneficiencyinvehicleroadtesting.Thesystemisbasedonthe vehicle bus datacolected bya datalogger，establishes astandardized testdatabase，anduses programming software tocall， analyze，andprocess busdata，achieving 3fuctions：automaticvehicleproblem identification，digital supervisionof test operation，andautomaticgenerationoftestreports.Practicehasshownthatthesystemsignificantlyimprovesthe identificationeficiencyandaccuracyof testfaults，andcomprehensivelyenhances thework eficiencyanddataqualityof vehicle road tests.
