【Abstract】This study conducts a dynamicanalysis of research on the New Energy Vehicle (NEV)industry both domesticallyandinternationally,usingdatasourcesincludingtheWebof ScienceCoreColection,ChinaNational Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),andthe IncoPatpatent database.Academic literatureandpatent dataareanalyzed through CiteSpaceand Gephi tools tosystematicallysummarizeand synthesize thecurent research statusof the NEV industryworldwide.Thestudyfinds thatresearchhotspots intheNEVfieldboth athomeandabroad focusonimproving batteryperformance,charging technologies,andintellgentsystems,buttherearedifferencesintheemphasisonpolicydrivenmechanismsandtechnological innovation.Aditionally,patentactivities inChina mainly concentrateon breakthroughsinbatterytechnology,whilethe United Statesshowsmoreactivepatentinginvehiclecontrolsystemsand intelligent connected technologies.
